Declaration Voting

Members are currently voting on Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Letter dated September 21, 2023, initially sent via e-mail on October 4, 2023. Proxies are valid for 11 months.

Ratification requires 2/3rds approval. If the vote does not have the required number of votes after the proxies have been collected, the Board may petition the District Court for Arapahoe County to approve the Declaration as long as the requirements for the petition have been met. One requirement remaining - 172 yes votes.

The current Board of Directors has indicated they will continue to request proxies until either 172 yes or 172 no votes have been collected. The drawing for the 5 $100 gift cards was conducted during the August 2024 meeting.
